Web Page Design, Re-Design & Maintenance

Israeli high-tech startup Unicorn came to iPhotographics to design and code a GUI template for their web-based data semantics application. Using multiple frames and a dual-tabbed navigation structure, Unicorn's clients — such as large financial institutions — are able to keep track of enormous amounts of data quickly and efficiently.

While working as a graphic designer at Harmonycom, a now-apparently-defunct high-tech software startup company, I was charged with redesigning and then webmastering our 300-page company Intranet. Using a simple frame-based interface, the Employee Portal served as a practical resource to the company's 100 world-wide employees. Different departments were able to dynamically update their own specific reference sections, in addition to being able to tap into several libraries of shared resources. Israeli artist
Yitzhak Ben Yehuda needed a place where potential clients could view his work. Initially, we are using pop-up windows to to allow close views; but the next stage will include an interactive zoom and pan tool developed in Flash.

Harmony Interactive Software Demo
A stand-alone and internet-deployable demonstration built for Harmonycom takes the viewer on an animated journey through the features of the Harmony program. The basis of the demo is the floating control palette, seen to the left, which in addition to providing contextually sensitive information, allows the user to navigate, pause, start, and jump to different sections.
(Unfortunately, the Harmonycom website and therefore the demo, is no longer online, but you may download it here)
